I recently reformatted my computer and need to re-install Microsoft ultimate office suite that I downloaded over a year ago. However apparently you can only re-download within 30 days.

I can't find anywhere that I can re-download it. Someone suggested downloading a trial version and putting in the product key there, which I did but only after did I realize that it was a slightly different package Microsoft Office student edition so the key wouldn't work. The problem is that this was a special deal through work the 'Ultimate Steal' so I don't think there will be a trial download available.

I went through the help online chat thing and they said that I could only have free 15mins even though I am a customer Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. If you did none of these you are stuffed, any trial cannot be converted with your key If you can find someone with the exact same version cd you can install from that using your key. How satisfied are you with this reply?
